1. Account

You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide and for safeguarding your credentials. Orders may only be placed by persons over 18 years of age.

2. Products and availability

Product images are for illustration only. Stock is updated in real time via our ERP, but discrepancies may occasionally occur; in such cases we will notify you before charging and issue a full refund when applicable.

3. Prices, payment, and currency

Prices in BRL for visitors in Brazil and in USD for international visitors. We accept credit card (via Stripe and iPag), Pix, and other methods shown at checkout. Charges occur at order confirmation.

4. Shipping and tracking

Delivery estimates are provided by the carrier (Melhor Envio in Brazil, DHL international) and shown at checkout. You will receive a tracking code via email.

5. Returns

Brazilian customers have a 7-day right of withdrawal from delivery, per art. 49 of the Brazilian Consumer Code. International returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unused with original packaging. Refunds are made via the original payment method.

6. Intellectual property

All site content (text, images, logo, layout) is owned by or licensed to La Touche de l'Art. Reproduction without authorization is prohibited.

7. Jurisdiction

The courts of São Paulo/SP, Brazil, shall have jurisdiction over any dispute.
